Go to school? both I have the units completed for BA in psych but need to raise my gpa for grad school so to avoid high open university fees that you have to pay in addition to tuition I decided to get both my slips of paper for both of my majors this May. But most employers are cool with me showing something from my univ saying that I have completed my degree but haven't walked yet to avoid inceased open university tuition

Do you suffer from social anxiety and if so are you trying to work through it or are you ignoring it? yes I have horrible social anxiety I didn't used to have it but an event in my life made me very socially anxious. I don't have time to go to thearapy and don't want to take meds so I ignore it and do what feels right for me-avoiding people.

Are you enjoying your life? I let to many little things get me down I think if I work on that I will enjoy life a lot more. But I do like my life and I have a lot that other people don't have as far as family support. I have a wonderful family who will do anything to promote my growth as a person.

Are you a happy, angry, content, or peaceful person? I'm basically content, although I get upset easily, I'm pretty emotional.

What are you after in life? A general sense of peace would be good. I'm not after anything huge.... just peacefulness.

Do you suffer from social anxiety and if so are you trying to work through it or are you ignoring it? I used to... I guess I still do sometimes. But therapy has taught me a few ways to deal with it. Makes a big difference.

Are you enjoying your life? I think so. There are parts I'd like to be done with, like being in school... I'm looking forward to moving into the real world. But I enjoy what I'm studying, I have a wonderful partner, a solid relationship with my family and friends... what more could a person really ask for?

90% of the time i am a content, peaceful person.. but when i get angry watch out!

i want to get married and have a small family. i want to travel A LOT. i would love to someday operate my own wildlife rehabilitation care center or maybe even do something like raise wolf pups to be released into the wild. i love working with animals. i want to live somewhere where i can wake up every morning and smile just because of my surroundings.

i think i am a very social person who can sometimes be antisocial. i will talk to practically anyone, but i still value my privacy. i would not call that an anxiety.. just a trait i have perhaps from being an only child. i was always used to entertaining myself. i like my personal time.

right now i am in a big transition period in my life. i just moved across the country to one of the most amazing places i have ever seen. i have a wonderful boyfriend who loves me and i love him. i miss my family a lot (they are back in ohio), but it has been worth it so far. i am working toward getting my wildlife degree so i can go on to living my dream... but for now, i am LOVING life. i go to the beach almost every day, i hike in the redwoods, i smoke great herb, i play with my pet rats, i talk to many different kinds of people, my art has improved.. basically i am rapidly becoming the person i have always wanted to be.

Unfortunately, soon I will be officially unemployed (and not proud of it in any fucking way). My employer didn't renew my contract when I thought that would happen, so I have to leave Japan tommorrow (Saturday, October 16) because my work visa expires. I have to look for a job after my vacation (I'll be in Thailand for three weeks).

I don't know if I describe myself as a happy person, but I think I'm content and feeling peaceful most of the time.

What are you after in life?
I want to travel (My dream job is to be a travel writer), and meet interesting people. I want a life with some unpredictability and I want to do something to help people.

When I was younger, I suffered from social anxiety (especially around the opposite sex), and I was quite shy. While I'm probably not Mr. Chatterbox, I've becoming outgoing in the last few years and I've made a lot of friends in my time in Japan.

I wouldn't say I hate my life, but I would be enjoying it a lot more if I had a job. To make a long story short, I got fucked over by my employer, and I'm still angry about it. I'm angry because I have to leave Japan, and I'm not sure if/when I'll return (Actually, I'll be back in Japan on Nov. 6, but I go back to the U.S. on Nov. 12). But I'm going to Thailand tommorrow, so I should be able to enjoy life.

I was in a department store near my apartment, and one (soon to-be-former) student of mine who works there was able to help me. Often making what should be simple purchases is a bit difficult for me because I don't speak Japanese, but she helped me buy the locks.
