I have read alot of post on here about people who want to really get something going on and this makes me very excited.Let's do it come on people we only live once so here is an idea lets put on a show a big festival not like woodstock but something close.the older bands would love something like this and i say we could get some people who were at the first woodstock to get behind this thing.i say they feel just like us we need to really get it going.i say no later than 2009 to mid 2010.so what do you say people wanna shot for it if so let me know we can all do something we will need good promotion so if anyone wants in just say so.i will try to contact a couple of bands i have ties with grand funk railroad so i will talk to them as soon as i see people want to do this.so come lets stop talking and do it people.bring love back in the air we need it now more than the 60's did. peace

i would love for more to help out but we can make this thing happen no matter how young or old.so here is the idea for this thing we need people today to start feeling like they do belong to something and have a say so in everything that is going on today in their life.i will contact some bands and i will pm you both so look out for that.we need a place a date and atleast 10 bands.so i will contact some bands for this thing and jaigurudeva hit me up with a list of bands you can get together and we will pick the best from all that.stay in touch both of you and we will get this going. please people if you would love to help by all means lets do this. peace and love

I'd love to help if I could. Wouldn't be able to donate any money or anything, which you'd most likely want to find sponsors for that anyway. Something like this takes a lot of money, effort and planning, it's almost unbelievable how much.
Nevada had the HEMP-FEST ....till it was cancelled... I say try something like this and I will definately be there! I'd even volunteer a couple of sound engineers I know, and volunteer to bring a couple of plantsas give-away fund raisers...
hey bud, that sounds beautiful, such a dream though..i would love to help anyway possible, besides just handing out trips at the show...but seriously, i can travel anywhere in the country, wherever you would need help, setting up, whatever ill give free labor..really does sound beautiful, id love to see something like this go down..just hit me up with anything you need
I would like to suggest something like Northern USA, so that Canadians can come along too, plus we get away from the rednecks. Something like a farm-sized lot would probably be needed for this as well.
ohhh sounds fun! we should create a group with updates on whats going on with this (ie. planning, location updates).
