"I am still kinda reeling from what a US Marine admitted to me in a long conversation...a crack US Marine drill sergeant with 12 years of professional training and being a trainer in the Marines. He specialized in hardening them to win (ie-fire on women and children wherever appropriate, "show no mercy" etc"

This a rather biased statement, an ignorant one to.

"Indianapolis / Marion County - Amtrak railcar repair facility (closed); controversial site of a major alleged detention / processing center."

Alleged? It either is or it isn't. Great reporting on this sites behalf.

    NORTH CAROLINA
"Camp Lejeune / New River Marine Airfield - facility has renovated, occupied WWII detention compounds and "mock city" that closely resembles Anytown, USA. Fort Bragg - Special Warfare Training Center. Renovated WWII detention facility. Andrews - Federal experiment in putting a small town under siege. Began with the search/ hunt for survivalist Eric Rudolph. No persons were allowed in or out of town without federal permission and travel through town was highly restricted. Most residents compelled to stay in their homes. Unregistered Baptist pastor from Indiana visiting Andrews affirmed these facts. "

First let's look at the "eye witness" An unregistered Baptist pastor from Indiana? And he goes on to say that he "seen" a part of this military base that looked like a mock up town meant for training.

Well yeah he probably did, they are on all military bases there used for training drills. They are used to train troops not detain u.s citizens.

He obviously had no idea what it was he was looking at, he's a pastor not an expert on U.S military training practices OR identifying concentration, detainment camps.

I skimmed through a few more and it seems that they at the best could almost all be explained this way or at the worse be out right lies.

Further more the world war two spin on this story comes from the fact that old world war two and Vietnam barracks are often kept in a state of dis-repair for months or years and then abruptly renovated to accommodate a wave of ROTC recruits or for anything that may need temporary housing on that particular base.

the bottom line is,whether there is or is not concentration camps there are updated versions of rex 84 and operation garden plot on the books.. therefore it stands to reason that there has to be designated internment camps in various locations across the country..
i have my questions as to the validity of many of these so called documented and verified FEMA camps that people have made lists of,but i have no doubt they have facilities already in place..

naturally. there's both benign and sinister explanations for them. most people are utterly useless in terms of taking care of themselves.

I am sure the US government has places to keep massive amounts of people detained. It only makes sense. The prisons are no help, because they are full.

There were Japanese American internment camps after Pearl harbor, I'm not sure how many were left around after wards as places of historical significance.

This could also explain some of these reports.

i do know they are doing "restoration projects" on a few of the old japanese internment camps.. that i read in the main stream media so im sure its verifiable..
although im sure they are not going to come out and say they are for future FEMA camps..

Even if they were to be used as F.E.M.A camps it's not a bad thing. I'm sure many of the Katrina evacuee's would of preferred a barracks style housing as opposed to a basketball court.

They were built during the cold war to hold prisoners in the event that the national martial law was declared following a nuclear attack. What are they preparing for? They are preparing for a nuclear attack.

We haven't disarmed from the cold war.

yet, with all the bitching about the shelters, it's really no wonder if the gov't puts money into repairing gleefully the ones they have. again, people are utterly useless in terms of taking care of themselves.

I have been to a one of them in the deserts of Idaho. They put them out in the middle of nasty waterless deserts so the Japanese would not survive an escape.

The one by Twin Falls has very good pheasant hunting these days.

If you were to abruptly lose your job would you file for unemployment?

Just because someone loses there house in a flood and they need to seek government aid doesn't mean there living a pathetic existence.

There are many people who would take offense to the statement you just made.
