The media is a parasitic entity which is destroying and degrading the culture upon which it feeds. Since it increasingly feeds on itself, it is locked into an accelerating downward spiral of degradation. Any comments?
It has it's benefits though, and plenty of them. Certain things just need exposure, you know? But the bad definitley outweights the good
You might say there is a spiritual warfare of sorts going on in the airwaves. The reality is belief can take you anywhere you want to go. Because of the people who understand this simple concept, your opinions of the world are filtered by the multinational corporations that owns the media that feeds you. These corporations are headed by many people who are friendly towards Israel and the zionist agenda it sows in the world. Does your remote control your TV, or do the corporations? x
Personally I git rid of my tv some time back. I find the content is pitched so low these days I never used to switch it on anyway. Can't say I miss it at all. It's really the new 'opium of the people' and functions really ina way very similar to the role religion once used to play.
I have not had cable for a few years now. I can't stand the news and how it wears things out. Over and over and over. A lot of times it is not accurate. It does not give an unbiased shot of what is going on either.
It's all entirely constructed, and given a 'spin' which accords with the political bias etc of whoever owns the station. Even the language used by reporters is often a kind of politicized 'code'. Often, really big stories are entirely ignored by the mainstream media becasue they lack 'sensation' value, or they're happeneing in Africa.... And on the whole, I think it's all designed to induce a state of fear and depression.
