Hello! Thanks for taking the time to read this. My name is Siân ( pronounced Sharn for those not familiar with the name ) and I am from Merry Old England, and very lucky to be living in the wonderful countryside. I am mostly of Irish/Welsh heritidge but have a good old mixture of Scots, Dutch, Chinese and Jamacian as my Great great grandmother on my Father's side was mixed raced. I tend to be mistaken for being Italian or Spanish. I have a daughter of Primary School age and live with my partner of four years. I work in Nursing and Healthcare, but look to make a living selling my artwork, if my scribblings merit such a title!? I grow most of my own herbs and some fruit, and buy most of my food from local farm shops. We are very much into eating organic and free range products. I believe animals deserve a good life just as we humans do! I have something of a quirky sense of humour. 'The Mighty Boosh', 'Black Books', ' The League Of Gentlemen' and 'Garth Mernaghi's Dark Place' are the kind of comedies that appeal to me, just to give you an idea of what makes me laugh.
