Hi there. My name is Maynard. I've been looking for a place to intelligibly converse with people online. I stumbled across this via a Google search, and read through a bit. It seems this place has some wit to it, so I figured I'd sign up and try my hand at jumping in with you guys. I'm a pretty simple guy. I work part time as a bookseller and part time as a carpenter. I read a lot of books and always have. I for the most part place my focus on martial arts. I train both Kempo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I'm a pretty quiet dude for the most part, and just like to kick it. I'm looking forward to meeting you guys. Thanks for taking the time to read.
I appreciate the warm welcomes. I extend my thanks to all you guys. Is this an intimate community? Or is it on the larger side? It seems pretty big. I'm not complaining either way, both large and small have their advantages.
it's a pretty big community, if u spend a lot of time in a few forums you get to know people better though, i tend to drift around 10 of the sub forums or so putting in my two cents as and when. theres so many forums you will find one with topics that interest u, then u will get chattin to ppl with similar interests.

Wow, this is great. I've posted on a few forums before, but for the most part came across nothing but infighting and banter amongst the members. You dudes all seem really cool laid back. I guess I can't ask for much more. Thanks again for the warm welcomes.
