The video EVERY stoner should watch!

Hey guys, I hope this has not been posted before I did a quick search and didn't find anything.

It's a video which covers a series of police encounters and how to deal with them correctly and assert your rights. It firstly shows a few minutes of story then shows the incident a second time pointing out the mistakes, and informing everyone of the proper course of action and exactly what to say and do.

The majority of people busted for weed just because they don't know and assert their rights is staggering and although it is a long video it's worth it (at least the first section which is a traffic stop!).

PS: Its also quite alright to watch as its very well done It's not too dull!

awesome.. but yea.. its a bit too lengthy.. and i already know my rights pretty well.. great post though.. you should post this in the Busted forum

its long but is so worth watching. Its definately educational and eye opening.

 

so if im wakling on the street and a cop comes up to me and starts being a dick and tells me to empty my pockets, i can just say "i dont consent to any searches" and walk away?

 

well its either that or consent... at least speak up for your rights and there's a chance you can get the cop in trouble later on... there's been cases thrown out by judges even when they find weed on the guy because the cop is a prick and/or makes some careless mistake like searching without a warrant or permission, or doesn't read them their rights... but then again, you're right, cops can get away with anything these days. Cops often will even admit they're gonna set you up just because they can get away with it.

 

what about K9 units? Like they threaten but when do cops really call in the dogs?

 

cool vid. haven't seen it so it was good to brush up on all that stuff and it also got me thinking about how careless i am with things in the car because i never get pulled over.

 

a friend of mine just got a K9 unit, thank gawd she didn't have anything on her at the time, but no they will not hesitate to bring in K9s or at least threaten you. Put fox urine on your tires... it'll freak out the dogs.

 

because every stoner carries around a bottle of fox urine with them

 

well maybe you should you can buy it at any hunting store
