I would recommend using small glass vials for storing your Rc's.
It doesn't stick and its very easy to get the powder from the vial to the scale.

Bingo. This helps a lot. Trying to get the material out of a little baggie each time you want to weigh out a dose is a pain.

Also, it helps if you use a good tool to transfer the material from the vial to the scale. What works good for me is either a small knife or a straw.

you could always do liquid measurement. my friend would get some 2c's and jus put it all in a measuring cup and then make it so one dose was a one ounce shot. of course u gotta way it out first so u know how much u have lol so i guess that doesn't really get around it nvm haha

But you only have to weigh it out once. I made a 3mg/ml solution and have a plastic dropper with mg markings on it.

You could use the whole batch.
Make it all water doses, all you would have to do is measure the water.

Yep. This would make measuring doses out super easy and quick, as you would only have to use the scale once to verify the initial amount. If you do decide to go this route, used distilled water. You can also add a bit of alcohol to prevent any bacterial growth (which may occur, especially if you intend to keep the solution around for an extended period of time)

2c-e is pretty water soluble, so you can choose whatever ratio you like within reason, but I like to use 1mg/ml or even 2mg/ml. Then I use an oral syringe to measure out each dose. Pretty simple that way. I use an oral syringe like this one:

Tanman, that tweezer idea is nice. I might have to give that a try ;)

I would store it in the fridge. I've had 2c-x's in water stored in the fridge and in room temperature for over 6 months without any noticeable loss of potency.

It sure degrades, but it takes a loooong time. ;)

Any suggestions for the storage vessel? Maybe old fashioned apothecary bottles?

Yes, that would work excellent..small glass vials are ideal for storing RC's.
Something like this would be perfect: http://www.blackcatmining.com/photos/glass-vials.jpg

You should use a pair of tweezers or a carpenter knife.
    Works great!

When I dont have either of those I just put the powder on a cd cover or something with a smooth surface and just close the capsule with the powder in the middle, I always get all the powder in the capsule using that method.
Or you can make a little funnel and just put it in the capsule..
