Childfree by choice

How of you all are childfree by choice?

probably meant "how many."

it's a movement, to be childfree without being hassled by everyone to have children. on it's own, it's a good idea. not everyone should be parents, nor do they want to be.

but if you check out their sites, they're INCREDIBLY mean-spirited and insulting towards those who choose to have children and towards the children themselves.

I remain child free
In order for me to be a complete being I must have no ties, no love.

 

that's nice. it takes all sorts.

 

All mine are grown. It's almost like being child free.

 

And no ties and no love WILL make you a complete being ? Well good for you !

I just know that I'm the happiest when I'm surrounded with my family. If I had no ties and no love, I think I'd feel lost. Cause you actually get to know yourself through your relationships and communication with other people...But thats just me.

I am childfree by choice but would never ridicule those who have children. I admire them for their hard work and love

 

I like when you are taking a nap somewhere, and that's when your kid decides to practice his "jump from the top rope" wrestling maneuver.

i don't really have that problem. either dave has the kids while i nap, or the kids nap with me.

I am not child-free by choice, I can't have children, perhaps it is a good thing that I can't reproduce... I would love to have a child, but things happen that's the way the world goes...There is a thing as adoption, I'm going to adopt me an army of children so they can do my bidding for me muhwahahahahaha...

Keep on humping shroom, you just never know... there are a lot of people out there whose parents supposedly couldn't have children. You would be a fun mom, natural or adopted.

I have children by choice. I agree that it's not for everyone. I also believe that people who feel the need to put us down as parents probably should see a therapist about it. Hating something so much that you need to make a website about it is a bit o' crazy.
