Hi, I've been meditating for a little more than a year. Today I had some strange experience. 10 min after I started meditation I noticed some strange feeling just under the belly button. I started watching this area and the feeling increased. And then I felt like something started pouring in and slowly going up. And when it got to my chest I felt dizzy and decided to end the session. In fact I'd been feeling some dull pain/discomfort in that area for about 3-4 days and wondered what it was, because during meditation it was increasing. Does anyone have idea what this is and should I be worried?
    Thanks!

    Just let go...relax your body.

Breathe deep in thru your nose, breathe in belly out
    breathe out belly in

this will create an orbit...a circular motion...

the sun that is your solar plexus will burn all that is toxic inside of you

breathing out ashes, breathing in the heating potential of every single atom...

Healing can be nauseating...just be, and let it flow.

Not having any idea of what practice you are doing I simply can offer no opinion. I think I have learned two hundred 'meditations' in my life.

Well, I am not sure which practice I am doing or even if there is such practice. I've never been taught by a teacher. Here is what I do:
    1. Stretch
    2. Sit in cross legged position.
    3. Relax, watch the breathing, watch the thoughts and try to drop any thought as soon as I can.
    4. Wait until the body become relaxed and light so I almost don't notice it.
    5. At that point I can feel/see a lot of energy(light, heat, vibrations) flowing. I stay in that state for some time watching for thoughts to drop and then I end the session.

I've read about the chakras and I feel the energy in them when I meditate, especially the root chakra and the third eye. But I don't focus on the chakras, because I've read that the chakra meditation is more advanced and should be learned from a teacher.

    Thanks!
