Looking for a roomate or roomates~

Hi Folks,

I thought I would share this opportunity with everyone on my Myspace and Facebook.

I am currently looking for a roommate/roommates.

The property address is;
Can be given out by request, but the location is in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago~

Back round behind property;
The building property is owned by my Father and Myself. The first floor is used for our Business (Farmers Insurance Agency {I work their from 9a.m. till 5:30 p.m. or a little later, Monday thru Friday}). The office is closed on the weekends.

Apartment Layout;

• 3 Bedrooms, 2 of which have walk in closets
• 1 Bathroom
• 1 Kitchen
• 1 Living Room
• Basement
• Sun room/Patio
• Fully Furnished with appliances (this includes the washer and dryer in the basement)

Living Situation and Preferences;

Here is the living situation. I would like to have only one roommate other than myself (this would include a involved couple that are currently dating or such) so much as that they can provide $650 plus utilities for the rent. The other path I can take is to have up to two other roommates other than myself. In that case the smallest bedroom I would rent out for $310 and the second master bedroom other than mine that includes the walk in closet, I would rent out for $375 plus utilities.

I am looking for responsible people that know how to have fun but can still be responsible, respectful and kind towards the others in the apartment.
