what are the worst exaggerations youve ever heard about psychedelics?

i heard once from a friend that acid makes a bubble in the back of your brain, and u gotta walk and stay still so the bubble wont pop. cuse if it will pop, ull die!

well i know alot of people who take acid and the only real difference i see in them is that some of them are closer to something spiritual or have claimed to be in the presence of god lol

 

Any story dealing with someone who because of an acid trip spends the rest of their life believing they are a piece of furniture, or a glass of anything. Like how would the person tell everyone they were now officially a chair, if they really believed they'd turned into a chair? Who can communicate with the chair to know that's what their friend has turned into, and is not just generally catatonic?

Any story relating acid to the spine in any way shape or form.

When someone says they know "several" people who jumped out of windows because of acid, when as far as I know, there's only been a handful of documented cases of that even happening.

I would believe that people have fallen out of their windows on acid but I doubt whether that would be an attempt to fly, or suicide.

vitamin C will enhance your trip..
strychnine in LSD..
mdma or acid puts a hole in your brain
lsd stays in your spine, and when dislodged casues flashbacks (true it stays in ur spine..)

yeah i hear the one about ecstasy staying in your spine, so if you pop your back you'll start rolling again. and people seem to think acid is like something really terrible that "frys" your brain so they wont do it, yet they'll do practically every other drug in excess.

 

LSD and the such make your brain bleed, that's how you trip

 

i dont know if its true but, extazy makes your teeth fall..

 

or what about the take one hit of crack/meth/anything else and your hooked for life. i think thats the most ridiculous one.

That would be crystal meth.

I've seen people become more violent from YEARS of lsd use, but only when they combined it with other drugs it seemed. And that's not to say they cannot control this violence, but rather that their thoughts seem to be more chaotic.
