When the first and only time I have done acid- I got very discomforting jaw clenches.
I have recently aquired some potent acid but before I take it, Iwanted to ask what people use to relax their jaw muscles.

I have read that magnesium helps to relieve the tension and so does various mouth/jaw/muscle exercises.

Are the any hipforum'ers that can help me out?

Stretch your mouth out like a lion! ROAR!

now, practice resting your jaw...keeping it relaxed all day when you aren't doing anything with it.

doing this should help you out a lot when you're on ACID

I have had the same thing, but only once. I know it was all a result of inner tension brought about by external conditions. Were you with friends that you could trust beyond all reason?

    Like you said, magnesium helps.

Chewing gum helps too and will stop you from damaging your teeth if you do end up clenching.
