Achieving breakthrough with 5-MeO-DMT

Can't seem to achieve breakthrough. I know the stuff I have is legit and clean.

I use a lightbulb vap. Hold the flame about an inch from the bottom. Should I hold it longer or what? I have tried 15mg, maybe upping the dosage will help? I feel I wasn't smoking the stuff right though, as I can't seem to get it all down in one hit. I can never get it to vaporize entirely.

Any experiences on smoking this stuff?

Are you aware of which form your 5-meo-dmt is in (freebase or salt)?

If it's in the salt form, it is not ideal for vaporizing. Vaporizing the freebase form works much better.

If you have the salt form, it would be more suited for insufflation or sublingual use.

 

^pedaltopedal is right, it really depends on whether you have the salt form or the freebase form.
You should find out which.

 

stalk has a very valid point though too. u never really "breakthrough" like u do with regular dmt. i like MeO more as an addon to my lucy or other rc's.

 

do you guys still think 5-meo-dmt is worthwhile? (even though you don't breakthrough)

i feel pretty inexperienced compared to the regulars on the forums.
i haven't tripped hard on L or shrooms for over a year.
even when i smoke weed now, i get a little too high. i dunno.
i have some 2c-e on the way. i'm gonna try it and i'm sure i'll love it, but i'm a bit worried that it will be too much - scratch that - difficult to handle.

anyways, dmt seems like it would be beyond 2c-e...

my question; would 5-meo-dmt be a worthwhile, less intense version of n,n dmt? and how intense compared to L or 2c-e?

 

lol i get too high wenever i smk weed now too its really weird so its a once in awhile thing for me but i sure do love those psychedelics! 2c-e is a little intense mind wise imo. like 2c-i is great visually and doesn't give me a dark feeling like 2c-e does. although i enjoy that dark feeling cuz it gives me great introspect. with me MeO makes me feel like a god and with dmt i feel like i "see" gods. MeO is great as a supplement or on its on if u dont really wanna take that crazy cosmic journey through space and time. def worth it though
