I was wondering the same thing. Probably unreleased material, filmed while he was doing his shows in Vegas before he died.

Do you Believe in Gosh is the name of the CD.. it's all work that was incomplete... its all material he was working on before he died.. i wanna say its shortly after MAT.. cuz he references the fact "i got a second cd out"

 

he died 4 years ago. because he was doing speedballs.
