Would your sheet get freezer burnt/ degraded if it's not in tinfoil while air-sealed? any suggestive opinion helps

It would seem that condensation would be your worst enemy in such situations, like taking it in & out of the freezer. Never heard of anyone having much trouble though... I'm tired, weary, could probably sleep for a thousand years.
