Sending weed in the mail safely

The safest way I know of involves smashing the buds more than most people would like. You need to use a good quality vacuum sealer. Match your vacuum bag to a regular letter envelope. Cut two pieces of really thin cardboard (like a disposable plate, cereal box is too thick) to fit inside the vacuum bag. Spread the herb out real flat and even in between the cardboard, then seal the bag. Use a computer to print the addresses and postal bar code (most good word processors do it but you can skip this). Don't use your real return address but put some name and address. A business address works well. For the destination use the right address with the wrong name. Use a fake name or put Valued Customer or Current Resident or some crap. Then you can put a stamp on it and drop it in a mailbox, but make sure you use enough postage. Buying postage online and printing it yourself works great. Don't send more than a quarter per envelope or it'll be too fat, plus this keeps your risk down if a letter were to disappear. Flat letter envelopes like this cross borders and pass through customs very effectively. A good quality vacuum bag will block the smell for humans, and mail sniffing machines aren't in use on a large enough scale to catch pot letters, so no worries.
I know this method works but what do you guys think?

I hear putting weed inside of a candle works. But I think its sad that people need to have weed sent to them anyway, 6/10 high schoolers are selling and even more colleges kids are selling; And if your too old to go lookin around for weed in a college or highschool its time to start growing.

 

My sister sent me weed in a candle she carved the inside out and slid the pot in it and Burt candle wax over the bottom part

 

I know someone who got sent to jail because they had 5 joints mailed to them. That's a big no-no.

to send hash you can buy those birthday cards with a battery, make the hash into a flat square and put it into the spot the battery was in. Close it up, adress and mail it.

 

Cool, I never thought of a hollow candle before that would really block the smell.
ShanaBanana, how did that person get caught if they were the recipient. Did they try to buy from a narc? Was it a controlled delivery or something? That would be an expensive operation over 5 joints.

 

yeah I want some more info on how that person got busted. Sending it in the mail is nothing. the only thing you have to worry about is structural integerity of the container. Seal it up so it wont bust if the mailman drops it and make sure it doesnt smell like a skunk. but pretty much....subliminal89 said it best.

I'm not sure how it happened. They had a family member mail it to them by US post, and they were busted when it arrived. I will ask about it when I can catch them.

not a good idea to use the name of the previous occupant, it could get forwarded onto them if they set it up with the post office..

Anyone else notice the OP is using a fake return address, but is paying for shipping online? How are you paying for shipping when you purchase online? I don't think by cash (the only way to make sure your tracks are covered). A fake return address is useless if you used a credit card or account number to buy the postage.

 

I've only used someone else's machine. Does it print your id on the postmark? I didn't think of that either, good ideas.

 

No but they can track the purchase, the stamp has a barcode or serial number or something to track it and if they find weed in the package you sent, they'll track it through the stamp back to your credit card, to you.

 

Yea don't buy your postage online... unless you're using a pre paid money card that is...

 

yeah, sending via the mail is no worries, as long as you dbl or even triple vac-seal the product, then all is good.

it's pretty much, just that easy.
