What you have to do is quit moaning about it, and try and get yourself into the position where you get to decide what needs doing about what... If they are not doing their job properly, and you KNOW you could do better... Then do something about it... The planet is short of REAL movers and shakers that can make a difference.... We need good folks batting on our side.....Where are they ? surely not all stoned and on "Hip Forums"

You just have to credible and know what you are talking about. You have to create an image in peoples minds that they can understand. Your life should be an example of your beliefs and how sound they are. You should be able to show continuity and an ability to overcome whatif's....
