A place where u never have to wear cloths?

Hello everyone I can't say I'm new to nudism because I've never tired it around other people. Where I live people are WAY too closed minded for there to be any resorts, beaches, etc. I don't want to pay a fee just to stay someplace where i can be naked either, so I was wondering... Is there a place, like a community or town where u never have to wear clothes unless you want to?

Well, if you're "way out in the sticks" as it shows in your profile, you may already have the next best thing. So go for it! But I imagine any town trips, however far that may be, will involve at least some covering up, also, depending on your climate.

I'm usually, or very often, way out in the sticks in a cold climate. There are limitations with this.

 

in spain there is a nudist city where you can go out to eat, go shopping go the post office all in the nude, many european countries have lenient nudity laws, but wanna stay in the U.S., there are some states like vermont that don't ban nudity so it's only up to local ordinance's which often allow it, in battleboro vermont i believe it was legal everywhere until some kids started hanging out nude near the main city center and they restricted it

if you post your state the laws are easy enough to find

Yep, It was and is still totally legal some places in vermont

 

I was beginning to think spain was my only option, but Vermont eh? I'll have to check that out.

you live in North Carolina, I have read a few articles that saw in north carolina a women's breast is not considered genitalia and is therefore legal, many assume it is wrong but is legit as long as you are not disturbing the peace while doing so

this is not legal advice but from a google search for north carolina topless it appears that there may be some exclusion, you might want to check that out

I don't think anyone considers women's breasts to be "genitalia" unless they're seriously confused about anatomy.

BTW here in Brighton, England it's quite common for women to go topless on the beach, everyone's cool with it.

 

over in england that may be true, but many states in the u.s. do classify genitalia as including the female breast, but keep in mind until the 1930's in some parts of the u.s. it was illegal for males to be topless in public as well
