Im a single tht doesnt date much and its not because im a loser or im gay or anything im just trying to do really good in school plus im a starting varsity player for my team and it takes up most of my time. Does anyone think its normal to be like this or should i start dating more? Im mainly worried that because im so busy i wont have anytime for a girlfriend and it will make my life more difficult.
I don't date much either, but I got a lot going on in my life and It would be really hard for me to balance it all with dating. So don't feel like your the odd guy out. As long as you got good stuff going on in your life and you're on your path to your goals, than I say there is no rush for dating, heh.
yea i kinda figure tht if i got involved with dating it wud hurt me more than anything cuz im trying to get into a hard college so btwn skool and sports a gf wud make everything to complicated
I respect peoples opinion but after being involved in a relationship that lasted a year and a month, I have to say that there is nothing more important than love, nothing feels better, it gives meaning to life... of course both education and work are important depending on the life style you wish to lead... but I would never let anything come before love ! There used to be a small brewery in NY and its slogan was: "You only go around once" I want my "once" to be enjoyed at the most.
Yeah but love with a person rarely lasts forever, and then where are you at? I say get your life together and get on the right track to doing what you love to do in your life. Don't settle for a shit job that you hate, or getting no education when you want it. Stick with your close friends, cause they won't get angry at you if you don't hang out with them or call them every day, get them stuff, take them out, etc. (Like you would have to do while having a gf/bf).
women seem to bring me nothing but trouble. that being said it can definitely be worth it I have plenty of time for a g/f but can't be bothered really. Just does my head in, i tend to be happier alone.
