Last Saturday I purchased two bottles of Robitussin Long-Acting syrup. Together it was 8 FL OZ. I'm really confused as to how much DXM I took. I think per bottle it was 120ml, so 240 total? If this is correct, this is considered a mild dose and in the lower plateaus. All things considered, the trip I thought was pretty interesting. More fun than I had expected. Looking ahead now, if I were to try this again I think I would try to make it to around 400ml of DXM. Would this be a good idea? And should I purchase the syrup again? Or try the capsules? This is all very interesting to me, I'm just trying to do it right without ending up dead. Thanks for any advice
if by 400ml of DXM you mean 400MG then yes that should be a safe dose also make sure you are buying cough syrup where the only active ingredient is DXM. From what ive read alot of people prefer the capsules over trying to get down a few bottles of cough syrup.
