Hey! I went to Tanzania with CCS five years ago. The program in that country was rather new, so there were still a few kinks. But it was totally legit and I got to see a lot and learn a lot about the country. It's a little expensive, but if you can pick a volunteer assignment you'd be interested in (even with the third-world conditions), then it's a great experience. The other volunteers were a nice, diverse mix of people (well, some of them were assholes, but that's to be expected in any group). I recommend it.
