I'm getting drug tested next Wednesday by rehab, and I took a hit of chronic marijuana today! Yes, dumb but my its been 8 weeks and I needed to be satisfied one last time. Anyways, will 1 hit that I took today show up on the test next week? and i heard working out helps get rid of thc..true?
if you really only took one hit, it might not even show up in 4 days. drink gallons of water. make your pee clear. oh yea, and don't smoke anymore. that is if you want to pass.
if you meant detox drinks you find at a headshop or something, those aren't necessary. they tell you to drink that plus 3 or 4 times filled with water. just drink a bunch of water. from now until the test. pee a lot.
drink a bathtub full of water in 2 hours. eat 1006 cranberry pills and for gods FUCKING sake do not forget to drink 100 (about $80) detox drinks that any 18 year old can get at his local head shop. dont listen to these fuckers they dont even know what the fuck they're saying. __ point is, you're fine. 1 hit in a week you should be alright. if you really are worried for some reason just drink a big bottle of cranberry juice in the 12 hours before the test and pee a lot.

severely stoned, maybe you should smoke a little more weed...you know, adjust your shitty attitude. and actually i do know what i'm talking about. the best thing you can do is drink a lot of water. and unless you really really overdo it, there's no harm in drinking water. i'd rather do that, than do nothing. but OP don't be dumb, if you have to pass a drug test, you prob shouldn't smoke within a week of it.
