Regardless of the horrible hard to understand language in your post, you have to be gentle. A lot of foreplay is required, and when you finally go for it, here's my GOLDEN advice: ;-) Use a latex condom, and a lot of water based lube such as K.Y or Durex Play, insert it in very gently and slowly "1 or 2 inches only" then stop, take it out slowly then insert it again then out, then go for a slightly deeper range, repeat. Every time give the same points at least two gentle thrusts before getting deeper. When you're all the way in, do a few more gentle thrusts taking it all in and out. After this you'll know what to do.
