For those who want the easiest/cheapest way possible: PF tek. Pro: cheap/harder than all others to screw up(Follow the tek to the T and you'll be okay). Con: low yield

For those who want a to invest a little more/willing to do something more complicated: casings or a monotub. Pro: Bigger yield Con: more complex, you need a pressure cooker

    Cheers

PF tek is easiest, thinking of putting together a liquid culture rye grain tek.

ive read that the pf tek is definitely what you should do your first time, its the easiest, though you do not get THAT big of a yield

^^^Well, Pf teks are definetly the easiest.

However, a casing or monotub with grain spawn/pf tek cakes to a bulk substrate is well within the realm of what a well read beginner can accomplish. These will dramatically improve yield and are not that scary. If you're dealing with grains, you need a pressure cooker, though.

So, just don't be scared of a more difficult/higher yield technique if you want to.
