I'm wondering what the OP did with all of this information. It would be funny if people just posted this up for no real reason.
I can't believe so many people HAVE filled the form in. I mean - for what purpose? To help some unknown user out on a school project?! Sure..

Wow! I know this poster isn't here but this post was on the first page and I experienced a sacred bird on my recent initial exploration of LSA as well. My mind = blown
1. 18, male. 2. The Beach Boys, John Coltrane, King Crimson. 3. I am attending college, studying jazz performance. I aspire to be a professional musician and have been performing for some years. 4. I really identify the best with the jazz scene: a bunch of really intelligent, educated, and open-minded people who are out to make art and care little about fame or fortune. I am an atheist and an ardent socialist. 5. Music show, political gathering, church, art show, the rest I do so rarely it doesn't matter much. 6. I am an open and honest smoker of marijuana, and I am just as open or more about opposing cigarettes, although it seems many of my closest friends smoke. 7. 0. I get drunk about once a month. 8. I have done spice (very nasty), shrooms, 25i-NBOME (accidentally), DXM, LSA (in morning glories), and salvia. 9. I believe that the current schedule system should be re-evaluated and psychedelics should be removed from schedule I in light of research regarding their safety and medical usage. I don't believe in the legalization of all drugs, though I don't agree with jail sentences or large fines for possession of drugs for personal use, as I see the correctional system as bloated and a gateway to future crime. 10. I learned a lot from psychedelics. The time I took LSD was a small dose and I don't feel like I got a lot out of it. However, I have done more trips since then on other psychedelics and gained wonderful insight on the world. 11. I was extremely eager to talk about LSD, and in fact embarrassed myself by talking to the wrong people about it and ended up being found out by my dad. 12. I believe that LSD is a wonderful substance that can help many people.
