i placed my oreder on the 17 n got express shipping so it came to be about $125
it said it would ship in 4-7 days . todays the 30th n it still hasnt changed will it be shipped out soon

Another strike for Chunky Glass Pipes
Horrible customer service, product was not at all as it looked on the website. The best part of all my piece came with a nice big crack in it
I wonder what there going to do about this? Nothing please do not waste your money on this company.

Everybody should have their orders, as we have finally caught up. Yay! I apologize for the delay in some peoples orders. We moved and we ended up 500 orders behind. reading previous posts looks like orders uncommonly take longer to ship... still pretty crappy that it says will ship in 4-7 days.. and here it is 15 days later and still no tracking number and still says the same thing on order...

 

ok so i just finished reading this thread inside out. CGP why are you guys still lagging? Ive been shopping for bongs for the past week now and CGP really interested me, but all these negative feedbacks for CGP is really tipping my choice...honestly CGP are you guys back to speed yet? i'm ready to order.

 

i got my order finally like around the 20th i think so yeah its crazy, but when the item ships it'll ship pretty quick. so cgp is good to go as long as you expect about a month before you get your items. none-the-less it was great quality

 

based on all da research i've done over the last few hours and finally stumbling on this site with even more feedback on CGP....might i add more UP 2 DATE feedback, i'm starting to feel a little more confident that I will receive my stuff, just not right away...

its would suck, that with everything as shitty as it is...ie, the economy, jobs, drought...lol..

that people wouldn't be quick to rip people off...i sure hope not, and if i did get gipped...

then I fear all the bad karma comin 2 the folks at CGP....

i even changed my order last minute and they gave me no problem and it still arrived on time.

maybe because I live outside a huge city, i dont know, but.. you give it a try..

 

I saw chunkyglasspipes.com on ripoffreport.com and complaintsboard.com after reading the reports there is No Way I would buy from them!!! buyer beware

 

chunkyglasspipes.com has awful service. i ordered a piece and after 3 weeks it still didnt arrive. i called them up to ask where it was but after talking with them i just cancelled my order. my friend from school told me to try glasspipescity.com. The piece I ordered from them was delivered in 4 days!! it was so cool. i learned my lesson never to order from chunky. i will definitely be referring all my friends to glasspipescity.com

a friend of mine loved the fast shipping and color changing glass pipes at www.glasspipescity.com they ordered the abstract parrot and the bengal tiger swirl. they said they would def. order from them again. so after hearing this I just placed an order for 2 pipes three days ago and with the tracking number they gave me I tracked it the whole way! Took only 3 DAYS to get them and they are F'in SWEET!
