I have used this screen name (well not here- but everywhere else) for 10 yrs or so... I have begun answering to it.have a few friends that met me from online that still call me BHF,or hellfire as if it is a last name LOL. So I have gotten to the point where ,pathetically, I do identify as my screen name- sigh.

    Anyway.
    My name is Angela.

nope. it's ee-sees... which from the research i did, is a closer version of the way that the ancient egyptians would have actually pronounced it. eye-sihs is a very anglicized way to pronounce it. until i came back to the US, nearly everyone pronounced it correctly just from seeing it. now i'm stuck trying to teach people how to use vowels in a different way than english speakers do.
