...Suicide?

I think "trying" to commit suicide is bullshit. If at anymore moment you had actually wanted to truly die.. you would have.

 

I really meant only to quote the part about being religious meaning committing suicide would send you to hell.
There are some so-called Christians that would tell you that; but there is absolutely No biblical backing for that. Not accepting Christ and blasphemy are the 2 things that will send you there. Period. I certainly feel for you and the friends and family of the one that committed suicide - and I've known a couple of people that have chosen suicide. I choose not to judge them because you Never know what somebody else is going through inside their head.
As an older adult I think teenage years are the worst. For a million dollars I would not go back through those years.

but on the other hand, if you want to kill yourself, i say go ahead. sometimes its the only thing people feel they can do to cure any pain they may have. its their right and if you feel that suicide is wrong, then just don't kill yourself.

 

You just wanted attention don't fool yourself, if your were in a situation where you could be found and saved.. you obviously didn't want to die bad enough.

Also.. I could take a whole bottle of vic's for fun, they only have 10mg of Hyrdocodone each.

 

yea i agree with the whole trying to kill yourself thing.
like maybe if you tried once and failed but like when i was in rehab they put the drug people with the suicidal people...and fuckin like there were girls there who had tried to kill themselves like 4 or 5 or 6 times

if i really wanted to die (not that i would kill myself) but if i REALLY wanted to die, then i would. how does it take you 5 tries and you still don't get it right?

i'd just shoot myself no going wrong there. and even if i couldn't get a gun it can't be that fuckin hard to kill yourself...

 

Exactly, its a cry for help. They're not actually hoping to die. If you really wanted to die you'd blow your fucking head off or lay down on a train track.

 

Suicide is a tough thing to grasp unless you have been to that point. A healthy mind see's it as a easy way out or a selfish act. When you are in such a deep depressive state you are unable to find any happiness in anything, your life starts to become meaningless and you tend to feel you are a burden upon your loved ones. If you get to this point, for some people suicide just seems to make sense.

 

Suicide is kinda like taking psychedelics.. you gotta do it for the right reasons.. plan it out.. make sure there are no distractions.. and commit.. otherwise it could all go wrong...

example..
Walk into the woods in the middle of no where and eat a bottle of aspirin where no one will stumble upon you.. instead of doing it in your room where someone will notice you and rush you to the ER so your stomach can be pumped and you fail.. making your life even shittier...

Yes it is the point of suicide, but for a individual to point out the best way to commit suicide is quite twisted.

the whole point of suicide is to die...if they're trying to kill themselves, then obviously they should want to die. 4 or 5 failed suicide attempts when you're obviously going to survive them and putting your friends and family through all that just cause youre too much of a pussy to ask for help? Yes the point of suicide is to die, But I have read in a few posts in this thread on how you should kill yourself correctly. If a person had any compassion they would beg a person not to kill them self, not tell them the proper way to do so. What I meant in my post was to give a person information on how to kill yourself is twisted.

yeah i guess you're right but still i think most people already know ways to kill yourself that will work based on common sense.
