I often used to enjoy a Panlor SS tablet (acetaminophen, caffeine, and dihydrocodeine.) If I mix it with Vicoprofen and Ambien CR, it makes for a great high, but I built a resistance to hydrocodone and dihydrocodeine, so I went sober for a few weeks.

Now, I'm back on them, and vico works great, but it still isn't powering on its own. The Panlors give great highs usually, but now whenever I take one, I get a terrible stomach ache and I get that feeling of what it's like to not sleep for a few days.

    What gives?

tylenol, caffeine, and dihydrocodeine (which i've never tried but know its not the best opiate out there) does not sound very good. i'd just stick with the vikes or percs if you can get those. i've tried ambien before--pretty crazy stuff, i pretty much blacked out. don't remember shit.

Yea I think ambien is one of the strangest drugs when you stay awake, its dreaming while being awake kind of. But I don't know the answer to your question, other than codeine is a weak ass opiate?

It's because that is a fucked up combination of drugs to put into one pill. Acetaminophen alone can fuck with your stomach when taking it in large amounts...and if you have ever drank a cup of coffee while your stomach already hurts, it makes it worse. It is the combo of the APAP and Caffeine that is making your stomach feel like shit. As far as having the feeling that you haven't slept or can't sleep, that is simply how caffeine reacts with some people. Caffeine acts really weird with me to be honest.
