I dropped my laptop and can't get a wireless connection now. I'm chatting with Rex of the HP chat help center so I can figure it out. Oh god this has caused me unhealthy amounts of stress.
Yeah i'm on my home computer because i'm alone right now. It's in my living room that's usually full of people though so no privacy unless i'm alone at home.
My laptop has a little switch on the front that disables the wireless internet capability. It could be switched if it was dropped. Maybe you have something similar? I hit mine by accident once and spent a while trying to figure out why my internet wouldn't work.
It's not that unfortunately. But Rex is helping me and even using text talk! Golly I love customer service.
