and so i had a volleyball game earlier and right in the middle of a play (like the girl was mid-jump to hit), the lights flickered then just straight up went out. we have a HUGE gym at my school and surprisingly there were a lot of people there tonight. it was so terrifying i was like 500% sure someone was going to shoot the place up.

but i was wrong and the emergency lights came on, but then we all got sent home because the "transformers" (no idea what those are) blew up somewhere down the road and power wouldn't be back until midnight.

and that was basically my day. how was yours?

I had a most excellent day ( see phish is back thread )

 

so i got a B- on my philosophy paper that i thought i did poorly on.

in fact, i thought i wrote a D paper + turning it in a week late, thus accepting that i would have gotten an F.

in fact (twice? facts are good!) had i turned it in on time i would have gotten an A-!

a "comprehensible, intelligent paper...that is quite on target." yeah, eat it.

hope is restored!

 

well i'm glad that you're both having superb days.

i don't have to write any papers until next semester

lmfao. i got a 90 on my biology lab paper and i was in shock. i wrote it up so fast that night.

 

I should see if i can pick up bongology instead of biology!
