Grocery Shopping

Gotta go grocery shopping, blah.

Who here likes going grocery shopping?

 

I do because I like to cook.

 

I like going to the farmers market

but not the super market...

 

i do. milfs at the grocery store

 

I do, but only if I'm alone or with people who can tolerate long lineups... Nothing worse than being with another person who has lineup angst...

I enjoy the ethnic and produce department. :biggrin:

And open markets.

 

I can't be bothered to wake up that early. What I don't grow I buy at the grocery store. The big farmers market is too far away to justify going with the way gas prices are.

 

i kind of enjoy it when i'm hungry. also like fitzy said, there is some amazing sex appeal among grocery shoppers.

but after about 10 minutes in the grocery store i start to get infuriated by every other shopper so i have to get in and get out before i kill a little old lady with a can of peas.

 

farmers markets are only open in the early morning? that could explain why i don't think i've ever seen one. hundreds of roadside stands of course, but never an actual market...

 

I hate the idiots who stand there talking to their friends, with a huge cart in the way, oblivious to other people needed to get by...

And people who just drive wherever the hell they want down the aisles, not sticking to the right side with their carts...

 

we used to have this place near my house that was called the farmers market. that place was so freakin awesome. i miss it. but anyway, i like grocery shopping when theres not a lot of people around and everything is stocked...which never happens. but on occasion i do like making trips there and bringing home so good food.

Well they have one south of me that is open all the time. If you ever watched Alton Brown on Good Eats then you may have seen the market.

The one in my town is made up of the local farmers and they just set up early in the morning on certain days.

He has a show on food network. He's completely nerdy about food so of course I love his show.

I just went in with a cart and a friend

and giggled the entire time......

I've also grocery shopped in my boxers and my entire body painted....

that was FUCKING HILARIOUS!!!!!

i can't stand grocery shopping. I hate cooking. I can't do it worth a shit. I like to order food. They bring it to my door. I wish there was something out there that would go to the store and do all the shopping and then come back to your house and cook your dinner for you.
