Okay i'm sure we've all heard of tantric sex, maybe even browsed a book. However does anyone here actually use Tantric? if so i'd like to know more about it, as i've always been interested. cheers :cheers2:
Tantra means that consciousness is universal. It's a philosophy on how to live, fully aware, in every moment. Apply that awareness to sex, and it is divine.

breathing techniques are pretty rad too. the cobra breath has a huge intensity as you each coil your breath with one another as well. there are also tantric retreats wher eyou can learn all this stuff in person
meditation is used as a way to get the mind into a state of bliss, a nothingness and everything all at the same time. (sorry my terminology is bad). It should be practiced and improved upon with dedication and patience. It isn't something to be rushed. They say the blissful euphoria felt in the state of enlightenment can be felt at the peak of an orgasm, every time we sneeze, when we born, and when we die etc... However we are too ignorant (using Buddhist terminology) to be aware of this rapidly disappearing euphoric state. The purpose of tantric sex is to get to the orgasm but be able to latch onto that state of bliss and extend it, for the purpose of strengthening consciousness and awareness. In the Buddhist culture I am most informed about, the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, only the best and most practiced and aware monks...Rinpoches or whatever...practice tantric sex... hope that helps and i hope it makes sense so i havent done it...but its very interesting

I've been told that this is the technique that I use - not that I really think or even know whether that is true or not ?
do you grow or learn from the sex? Why do people say the techniqe you use is tantrc? I'm not degrading, simply asking.
If your chatting to me - yes I think one does maybe slowly ? One of my more knowledgeable partners said it to me one morning: "That's tantric sex !!! " she exclaimed. I thought about it and thought I'm not sure whether it is or not. Tantric sex I think is more about the emotional or spiritual side of the relationship and doesn't really have anything to do with sex, but it is supposed to improve your sexual experience.
that sounds like very emotional sex, which is great but when it comes to real tantric sex I hold to my first post on this thread
