i have this friend he's 34 and i think he may be transsexual, he has been looking at m2f hormone treatment on the net. i love him so much and want to help him thru this, but how do i even approach it, he's married and got kids? and i dont think he has any idea i even know this about him. he may suspect i have feelings for him. just so you know im also a male.
