Where's the best place in the UK? Let's choose a place we can agree on, and then all go there on a particular day. This may take a while, so I think the day won't be until next year sometime.

Round this ways quite nice...if you avoid the tiny area the very poverty-stricken have gathered in...shame the rich-poor divide is so obvious, and no-one really knows theyre there. It also has horse-whipping and snobbishness, and ridiculously expensive food. Im not really sure where the best place in the UK is. Id like to meet up at the beach and be silly in arcades

I love the peak district and lake district but i don't really fancy hitch-hiking. Erm, how abouts Camden...

Never been to Aberystwyth, and it's a bit too out of the way for most to travel to.
I was born in Cheltenham, left in 1970, went back in 2002/3/4 for Greenbelt.
Nice place, but I'd prefer maybe the forest of dean for us to go to.

Camden's great, I go there several times a year. That's the easiest option

Let's do it then - Forest of Dean whenever you like. Autumn would be good, but probably too soon for anyone. Spring?

Err - the Forest of Dean is quite a big place - how are we gonna find each other?

Its not that big:confused: And im assuming you wouldnt just turn up and send everyone a message saying youre somewhere by a tree. Or we could take flare guns. Hardcore adventuring

Forest of Dean may be a tad far for me unless I hire a large bulky bloke to hitchike with me

The best place in the UK that I've spent any time in is Edinburgh. These days I have to make do with the best place in England, i.e. Brighton.

It's a long way for me too. I'm tall but not bulky.
Plus of course you don't know me, otherwise I'd be up for the hitching.

We could do one in Camden as well, easier to get to.
