Ok Will exercise, food, and water clean out my bloodstream faster? See, I'm going to have a blood test once a month for six months, but still wana smoke the occasional joint. Im 5ft 11in about 190-200lbs fat and muscular at the same time....how long should my blood stream clear out do ya think if I walk up to 5 miles a day?
yep, as long as you know when the test will be, you should be fine as long as you don't smoke for at least 2-3 weeks before the test. but, that's assuming you have a somewhat fast metabolism, and that you keep up with drinking a bunch of water (btw, i've heard that cranberry juice works better, but who knows). and i'm pretty sure exercise does help, so do that, too. EDIT: it would probably be safest to only get stoned once a month (if at all), right after your test. if you smoke a lot right at the beginning of the month, it will take longer to get out of your system, and you could fail your test.
eh i can only afford about a gram a couple weeks so i guess i could do a gram a month then party like crazy after the test with my savings right???:conehead:
How about giving it up for six months. It's not like you can't smoke after then? Marijuana can still be in your system up to 30 days after you smoke. Is it worth not passing a blood test? Otherwise if you know you are going to be tested to the day every 30 days then yeah, go for it, smoke it up right after you test and then not again until you test again. The Cranberry Juice and lots of water work great for a piss test, it helps clean out your bladder and kidneys but with bloodwork it can stick in your lipids for a very long time. All you have to ask yourself, is it worth it?
