Are You Shpongled?

I'm not sure if i would classify them as strictly electronic but regardless I can't even describe what this music makes me feel like but Nothing Lasts will change the way you listen to music. The new album drops later on next year.:cheers2:

 

I use to be a fan of Simon Posford, I always enjoyed his groovy beats while tripping.

 

I downloaded Nothing Lasts yesterday. Currently on track 4, and i love this stuff! It's like...electronic psychedelic tribal dubstep. and it flows so well!

Last album is fantastic. Only a few lesser tracks. Very amazing stuff!

 

i think that "Divine Moments of Truth" is their best track...and one of the best psy-tracks ever

 

I love the beginning of Divine Moments of Truth, there's just something so...familiar about it.

 

45 minutes of shpongle was such a tease!! i wanted MOOOOOOOOOOOORE!!!

I found out about Shpongle a few days ago, and I can't stop listening to it.

 

nothing lasts is good, but for me, nothing can compare listening to Are you Shpongled.......absolutly mindblowing

bullshit wikipedia manufacxtured genre, nobody calls it that. shpongle is shpongle. simply psychedelic music. you could call it psychedelic downtempo, but yeah psybient, nobody calls it that. you could call it ambient dub with a world music flavor. you could call it "the sound of jellyfish making love at 2000 fathoms in technicolor" in certain instances. but the genre of shpongle is shpongle.

 

i call it psybient=psychedelic ambient... they say its a concept of creating a musical journey. either way its just a genre but it has many sub-genres/styles, its pretty diverse. falls into downtempo, world, new-age, dub, etc.

wikipedia or not alot of places are now using this term... i think it stuck.

ive scene this term tagged for Ott, Abakus, Celtic Cross, Kuba usually also tagged as ambient.

its all crazy.
