Dilaudid 8mg (Hydromorphone Hydrochloride)

hey all

i was just givin a bunch of these pills for free:

lady didnt want them anymore, so i told her if its an opiate then hell yea.
i forgot to ask her how strong they are..
they are the 8mg ones i have, same in the pic above
are these good? anyone use them? any comparison to oxy?

i read a bunch of stuff online about it.. but in my eyes they seem to be simular to morphine..?

Those are the strongest available pills of that drug. Hydromorphone has a horrible oral and nasal bioavailability. You won't get much of a high, it won't be nothing close to an oxy high, unless you shoot them.

Expect a light high, similar to hydrocodone. I was dissapointed because I was told they were super strong, and I was expecting it to be like Oxy's, and it was depressing. Took me 24mg to even feel it, and what I felt wasn't much.

Start with 8mg just because it's a new substance to you, and if you want the most out of it and you don't shoot things, at least snort it.

 

That is a horrible comparison, and not even CLOSE to correct. If he was speaking about IV'ing the hydromorphone, then that would seem about right, but 2mg of Hydromorphone snorted or taken orally is not even close to 20mg of Oxycodone.

Secondly, IM'ing Hydromorphone is a horrible idea, and will not do anything more then eating or snorting it.

aww thats a bummer when i read that i got pretty excited hehe but i figured its not as good.. there is just about nothing that is as good as oxy... ....

ill snort it for sure, i stay away from needles though..
and im glad to say i got these for free then, im about to do one or 2 in a minute, if nothing, well then i guess ill just do an oxy with it

and yea, i guess this should have been in opiates.. i wasnt sure about the pill though, so i put it in pharms

ok well i ended up snorting 2, and i feel pretty good.. better then i felt before lol
i can see getting fucked up off these especially if you dont have an opiate tolerance, if i snorted 2 or 3 more, i would probably have a great buzz..

i didnt do any oxy with this because i have a nice little buzz off of it..
and it seems more effective then 30mg morphine pills i have

i might even try shooting this sometime.. i got up and walked around for a sec and realized im feelin pretty heavy, so i do have a nice buzz
i just see bangin to be dangerous.. i never liked needles.. but if i had someone with me who knew what they were doing i would probably shoot this..

but yea, if any comparison to oxy... its 8mg or 16mg dilly to 5mg of oxy

 

Yeah, I don't really care for the needle...but I banged 4mg of Dilly and actually felt a really nice wave of euphoria. For someone who has a tolerance like me, to be able to feel 4mg of dilly is awesome....IV is the way to go if you are doing dilly's, IMO. It's like an instant rush, just covers your whole body. I had someone do it for me, I wouldn't try to do it myself, and that person isn't around much, so I can't do it too often, which is a good thing, haha.

 

yea i wouldnt want to do it by myself.. but this shit aint to bad.. was better then i thought it was gonna be.. i read alot of misleading statements about this when i got home with em.. like its eqaul to oxy, for one..

but i was feelin pretty good off it for about 45 minutes, worthy buzz i guess, forgot to mention i smoked a bong with it

this dilly sustained my want to do oxy though! so thats good, cuz i havent done oxy today thx to this.. trying to hold back, i would love to do 2 80's right now

to be honest, i think these would be a great assistince if you were trying to get off oxy.. cuz idk why, but morphine doesnt do anything for me really.. i get 30, 60 and 100mg morphines for cheap as hell, but i rarely do em unless im out of OC.

 

Morphine has a oral bioavailability of less then 25%, that is why.

 

hmm.. well i always snort em, is the bioavailability percentage the same?

i always thought snorting was basically the same as if taken orally (just because it drips down your throat), but you get it all at once.. then again im no pro, im basically a n00b to pharms in a way.. let me know, because i like knowing about this stuff..

 

No, snorting doesn't just drip down your throat into your stomach. It gets absorbed through your nasal passages and mucus membranes, which is why you feel it stronger, and faster. It is nothing like eating it.

It skips that whole process, which in turn actually makes you get more of the drug into your bloodstream because it doesn't go through your stomach. Your stomach acids eat up drugs like candy.

I remember the early 80's, people got $20-$35 a pill. They were 2mg- 4mg. Very easiely disolved.

 

I would say 8 mgs is equal to 20 mgs of oxy , but you can't really even compare it like that, because those 2 substances are very different even though there both strong opiates.

idk about 8mg dil to 20mg oxy, i took 2 at once, and i didnt feel that great.. im sure i would have felt alot better if it was just 40mg OC :>

ur right tho, cant compare the 2, oxy is simply better... better high, and better for pain relief.. cuz belive it or not, i do take oxy for pain lol

ill leave it at that until i try it in an IV

 

Here is the real deal lowdown. dilaudid is much stronger, and the numbers are right that the one guy posted. Now here is the reasoning behind dilaudid's seemingly little high. First off, 8mg pill form should take away your pain and give an alright high, but anyway moving on, they are meant to take away pain without creating a crazy high in the 2, 4, and 6mg PILL form. i admit 1 or 2, 2 mg's dont do anything to me 3 and up start to (this is if taken normally, (i havent tried snorting though). I am prescribed these little guys. D- is meant to take away pain in as little MG dose as possible. Now when i get my IV of the stuff it IS the best shit, in IV, form you will probably ever have in comparison with other stuff and dont need a lot of MG either (again 8MG), and i had it all lol, fentanyl, OC, etc. An 8 mg IV solution from hospital (highest they usually have to give) takes your pain away instantly, its quite amazing. And WILL give you a much better high and relief of pain. But will knock you the fuck out soon after that nice high and pain relief starts (literally a milisecond after its injected). And around a couple minutes of that nice feeling your out sleeping. I try getting that grade IV stuff and they just wont give it. D" is also quite close to the makeup of heroin. In fact D was discovered thanks to heroin in around 1925 or so by a chemist.
If you guys ever have sever pain, ask for this stuff, you wont regret it. No opiate in the little needed can compare!!!

A dilaudid 4 mgs (I've never seen an 8, but I know they make them) is about like an oxy 40 IV, like a hydro 10 orally. Snorted is somewhere in the middle. You should NEVER IM pills.

 

if you read the name of the medication it is similar to the word morphine so it would make sense that it is similar to it take a few and fire up a bowl :]
