it's pretty okay, but I need to get and stay under 200, I'd be happy with 195 really, even though I'm "supposed" to be 185
i have until Jan 1 to get to 220. its one of my goals i outlined for a competition. its also a great place for me to re-evaluate my goals
165 pounds. I am 5 feet 11 inches. Some of us Americans work out and do not spend all day watching TV and stuffing our faces.
I almost never watch t.v., and I eat one meal a day (~1500 calories usually) it's more that I've fucked my metabolism by eating one meal a day than anything else
meal frequency has very little impact on metabolism. if anything is out of whack, it'd be hormonal responses
Haha, my environment really didn't change at all during the summer. actually. I spent the same amount of time outside as I normally do, which is not a whole lot. I'm a hermit, lol.
well, those my effect it - i'm not sure. but even without those, hormonal responses change according to the how often you eat. however, there isn't going to be any major changes in your metabolism from your meal frequency. though, this isn't to say it is good to eat only 1 meal a day. there are reasons why you want to eat multiple times throughout the day - your hormonal responses: insulin control, blood sugar control, micro nutrient utilization, etc etc. so there are plenty of effects meal frequency has on your body, just not very much on metabolism
