What would happen if a cop found amanitas on someone? could they legally take it away, or would you get in any trouble? because according to erowid it is legal to buy, possess, sell, and cultivate

Amanitas are completely legal, so cops couldn't do a thing. but I wouldn't be out in public tripping on anything, and it might just be best if people didn't see it. It makes sense to have the legality in the back pocket in case it's needed rather than walk down the street holding suspicious materials, it would probably save some hassle. YOu could technically do it though.

If I remember correctly you can do anything in the world you want with them.
If you sell them to eat, the sales are regulated by the FDA. That's why when you buy them they always say "Not Approved For Human Consumption"

You'll be straight even if a cop found them. They couldn't do anything. They could just arrest you cause they think they're illegal mushrooms but nothing would happen in the long run.

yea, Amantia mushrooms grow wild in a lot of places, especially on the east coast so...they shouldn't be leagal I think.

I think makeing nature against the law is a little....unnatural.
