You want to talk about tolerance?
For a month I was taking a quarter piece of 100mcg/hr mylan fentanyl patches bucally and sublingually daily, after that month my habit went to a half patch.

Now its been a month and a half, I have only a quarter piece of fentanyl, and unlimited morphine to maintain.
I snorted 50mg of a 100mg ms contin, and parachuted the rest of it. Didn't feel shit!

I took a 7.5/500 hydro bout an hour ago, feel nothing, but my cough is most certainly gone and my aches are relieved. That used to get me nodding when I was about 13. haha.

How the hell do you tame the tolerance monster?

Most people wouldn't feel shit...Morphine has the worst bioavailability I have ever seen in opiates...on the Wiki it's listed as less then 25% orally.

As far as getting your tolerance down...the only thing you can do is STOP. Stop for even a few weeks, and you will notice that it has gone down a little bit. Other then that, you can try using potentiators, but I haven't had any luck with those either. Search google if you are unfamiliar with them.

Yeah. That's what I was thinking. I've parachuted a 100mg pill of morphine about 20 min ago, (would snort, but my nose is all stuffy :p) and drank 30mg of dxm (cough syrup) and ate 50mg of dph. I could always try grapefruit juice on top of that.

-as i wrote this.. some euphoria has come over me actually... mmm sweet morphine. after this it's break time! a taper so i dont hit withdrawal so badly though.
