anybody else wish there was no such thing as politics?

As much as I enjoy debating issues with people, I really wish there was no such thing as politics. Then people would quit fighting as much, and everything would be better.

"You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one"...

 

Only thing I hate more than politics is politicians...

 

I wish there was no such thing, then I wouldn't have to worry about them at all and I could play guitar in the woods all day. I wonder why they interest me so...

 

Without politics, the only alternative to democracy would be dictatorship. And I'm not crazy about that.

 

Yeah, because politics, as most people know them in America, are false.

I hate superficial, mainstream politics. But I am very interested in deep politics.

 

I dont hate politics. I hate greedy politics.

 

Politics = Politricks

or

Politics = Poly-Tics (many blood sucking insects)

 

I didn't vote as I don't think it is something that CAN be eliminated. From a mother's coffee klatche, to a board room, to the PTA, to behind the counter at Burger King, to the Capital, "politics" is and was a part of life. It is simply the way people get things done. Always has been.

 

IMHO apathy to politics is because we are bombarded with it daily..most of it other peoples politics ... and not the policies of politicians , just the reaction to those policies . ???? or something like that anyway :&
