Just readig through this thread and stumbled rats can be potty trained. I have 5 rats and they have a litter tray in the corner that they use. I at one time thought that rats had no bowel or bladder control but it turns out they do. A lot of people litter train their rats and they're surprisingly easy to litter train and my squidgies love my dreads, hiding in them, chasing them, climbing up and down them and trying to drag my dreads along with my head to use as bedding.... hehe
