I had dreads for a few weeks in high school until I combed them out. The last time I saw one of these threads I tried to get the pics but my highschool didn't have them available onilne and I couldn't find anyone with the yearbook to let me scan them. This was in 1997 though...

at the aklabama gatherin i met this dude with a pet rat livin in his dreads (or his rats nest as he called em) when hed tie em all up thered be a hole between em and the rat lived inside there..
i held the rat awhile he definately bittrowed inder my dreadsto get comfyu..but at least not inside them..i just kept thinking..rats cant be potty trained..they just go where they go..and that just didnt sound too fun to me

i actualy slept with my dreads up like that so i wouldn't lay on them last night. maybe it's not a palm tree, but prehaps an agave cactus??

the ladies seem to have the lead...My dome looks more like a round pineapple than a palm tree...but I guess if you think about it, pineapples are kinda like small palm trees, eh?

i dyed my hair with henna last night, so its half red half black and slowly changing. it also explains the hemp knots throughout my hair, i heard it conditioned and did want to lose any progress. my hair is very soft though.
