Hey guys n gals Firstly one of the happiest things ive done in recent times (a few months ago now) is become vegetarian, id felt guilty all my life when i ate meat, but my family are not the best of.. well.. they dont embrace changes or new ideas very easily! My mum (still living at home, poor student ), gives me hassle from it, aside from all the usual obligatory jibes from my brothers such as waving plates of meat under my nose (which frankly now when i even look at meat i feel sick, a butchers is my idea of a nightmare!). But lately she has been really making me >.< , accusing me of going on a 'starvation' diet bleh. Ive always been v slim my whole life (was even born underweight lol), ive always wanted to bulk up a bit, just put some weight on even half a stone would be great, plus it would keep my mum quiet ^_^. So my question is.. Whats the best way for a vegetarian to bulk up? Thanks guys n gals
stop jerkin off! just kidding. I would suggest cutting firewood, or shoveling pete, or whatever you use there to stay warm. Eat lot's of greens. get a colon cleanse!
eat more protein and perhaps lift some weights or something,if you really want to see results though try just doubling what you currently eat. (Make sure your still getting a balanced diet) Really there is no problem being slim though.
Work out. It doesn't matter what you eat, if you have a lightning metabolism like me there isn't enough food in the world to make you actually gain weight. Go to the gym at least 3 times a week and you'll start to see results in a couple months.
Get some exercise that you enjoy/ task that needs to be done/ whatever and make sure you eat more energy (calories) than you expend. Nothing wrong with being slim, anyway. also look up www.brendanbrazier.com
