Body odor

We picked up a container of Nutritional Yeast last night... a big fat one, from the LHFS. Because we're all rather serious popcorn-addicts, we tried it on that first.

Do you know, we managed to polish off 6qts of popcorn in just under an hour? That stuff is AMAZING!!! I wouldn't say it tastes like cheese, but "cheesy" is definitely a good description. Now I'm off to hunt up new ways to try it.

Im not sure what this stuff is but i have to try it! What sort of nutritional value does it give (apart from making one smell heavenly apparently ^_^)?

I have never tried this! im totally stinky with all the garlic I use. I can't wait! Can you buy it in the grocery store or wouldl you need to go to a organic food store to find it? It's different from brewers yeast? No?>

 

yes they are different...
YUM I just made a salad and put some on top
(Peanut butter and apple cider vinegar dressing, lots of black pepper!)

I find mine at the local organic food store, and buy it in bulk

not sure if they have it at the supermarket?

I don't know and I don't care 'cause it has more protein than meat does so who cares???
