hey guys. I posted a thread about a month ago bout a problem i had and how i had 2 take the morning after pill after the condom me and my bf were usin broke. The doc said coz i went up 2 get it straight away it was a 98% chance it would work.Well, about eight days after i took it, i had bleeding for 5 days, which is like my period, but it was like 10 days early. I just thought it may be like normal bleeding you know... But, the time 4 my normal period came and went and its now like 12 days late.... Ive taken 2 preg tests and theyve both come back negative. But, im still worried. I was just wondering if any girls out there that have taken it can help me and tell me if wat i have experienced is normal, coz im really worried. Any help at all is great guys. Thank you
I think that it's not normal to ovulate more than twice a month. Or even once for that matter. The pill worked because it made you 'bleed' as you call it. I'd wait to see if you miss your next period. If so, then i'd get things checked up. In the meantime maybe drop another pregnancy test between now and your next period. Much luck n love
I took the morning after pill as well ,,,I had a period after a week ( wasn't my time to have a period) so I hadthat and then the next month I didn't get my period on time,,,basically got my next period 28 days after the period I got from the pill. SO basically it adjusted my cycle. tHE HORMONES mess with your system so I wouldn't get too worried. If you are very worried I would have teh doctor do a blood test. When I was prego with my daughter I took pee tests for over 3 weeks and they were all negative,,, the pee only detects the hormone that you have when your prego ,,,,but since your body has been overloaded with progesterin from the MAP I dunno how well a pee test would detect that hormone ya know. I would get a blood test to calm your nerves.
