Indeed it is!!!! Happy Birthday, Boogabah! My best wishes, a merry wiggling of toes at you... and, of course, NO SHOES as a birthday present! And many more barefoot years to come. arty: ~*Ganesha*~
boogs, i think it's awesome that you never wear shoes. but don't your feet get cold in the winter? it's not even winter yet, and i'm already having to wear shoes from time to time, cause i'ts getting too cold for me. oh, and happy birthday!
lol... maybe i'm just more averse to cold feet than you. it doesn't take snow to make my feet freeze. and when my feet are cold, the rest of me is cold. i'm still in a petty pout over the fact that it gets below 70 degrees here. somehow i had it in my mind that california was the promised land of eternal sunshine and constant above 70 degree weather. i was obviously wrong.
it's weird.. my feet never seem to get cold anymore. in fact they're hot a lot of the times. i have to kick the covers off them at night a lot.
ugh. i've lived in switzerland, so i know what cold weather is like. but strangely, anything below about 50 degrees all feels the same to me. so it could be -20 and i would prolly still feel the same amount of cold. all of it sucks.
hi nth, you've lived in switzerland? I'm an 24/7 barefooter and above -10°C is no problem, even in snow...
if my body is warm, with layers of clothing.. my feet stay warm, even in cold weather. one gets used to it. the more you do it the quicker you get used to it. BAREFOOT REVOLUTION! down with shoes!
Hi Boogabah! What changes have you noticed on the soles of your feet since you started barefooting??? How tough and rough they are now? Don't you miss having soft soles??? What's the worst place, surface you've walked barefoot, the most uncomfortable one? Keep on with your barefoot revolution!
