anyone else feel like theyre more awkward when high?

i love being high obviously but like a lot of the time when i smoke, i feel like i get a lot more awkward like especially around people who aren't high/don't know that i'm high,
like situations that wouldn't be awkward become extremely awkward just cuz i'm high

 

yeah, i get like that sometimes. i read somewhere (not sure if it was a forum or a magazine) that people tend to get more anxious, less confident, and less social while high.

if you get a good sativa strain, the high is more "up" and doesn't do that to you as much. (look for long, not-so-dense, leafy buds if you can get a variety pack).

 

Yeah, being high can make me more quiet, although I am naturally quiet anyway. But weed sometimes makes me more talkative, especially with friends. It's just better to be around people you know when you're high.

NOpe, I am one hundred percent opposite unless I am around people who disapprove and I reek like skunk. Weed makes me chatty as fuck usually.

 

I hear ya, on the internet I can be a great talker because I have all the time in the world to write down what I need to say, but if I am in person I always ask myself "Is it going to sound stupid if I say this" I guess I have some inner self confidence issues.

 

Goddamn, once again horace and skier have just taken the words out of my mouth.

 

Yeah you're just thinking too much, or you're just young and it's just an underlying anxiety issue...
